8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jvj Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jvj Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding work will be completed according to the agreement
• Payment for completed work is due immediately
• Confidentiality obligations continue

We may terminate services immediately if:

• Client violates confidentiality obligations
• Client engages in illegal or unethical activities
• Client provides false or misleading information

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of either party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
